Remove at least one wheel and keep the boat trailer up on blocks.
Valuables and easily removed items should be secured below deck in a locked compartment.
If your boat is kept in the water at a dock, consider chaining it to the dock.
Boats should be covered with a tight-fitting canvas.
In a carport or driveway, park a vehicle in front of the trailer, blocking easy removal.
